The rates for our rooms vary from £45 to £110 per night, depending on the room and the season.

Brighton Bed and Breakfast With Private Parking.
The Alvia has its own private car
park which provides a limited number of parking spaces which
must be booked in advance; parking is charged at £15 per night.
We ask that guests access the car park before 8 p.m. If you
would like to use the parking spaces we ask that the car remain
parked up for the duration of your stay; alternative
arrangements can be made on request.
The Alvia can also provide on street parking permits for use in
zone C. These provide twenty four hour parking and cost £15
each.
