The Alvia Booking Terms and Conditions
Please a take a moment to familiarise yourself with the Alvia booking terms and conditions, thank you.
- The Alvia is a non smoking hotel throughout
- We operate a minimum stay policy of 2 nights at weekends and special city events, 3 nights at bank holidays
- Check in is by reservation only with later check ins (after 21.30) arranged on 'special request'.
- Check out is 10.30 on weekends and bank holidays, then 10.30 midweek
- For the comfort of all our guests we do not accept pets or any Stag and Hen party bookings
- A first night non refundable deposit will be taken at the time of your booking. For extra nights we do have 7 days cancellation policy.
- You are recommended to take out appropriate travel insurance
- Payment can be made by cash or the following credit or debit cards

Electron cards accepted.
- These terms and conditions supersede any provided by our third party booking engine
